I just can’t quit Herman Cain especially when he keeps giving me things to rip him about. The latest is him blowing his cool with journalists over the past couple of days. Cain, last week surrounded by doctors from Docs 4 Patient Care in Alexandria, Virginia strode through a throng of reporters and announced that they need not bother asking him any questions. Reporters quickly ignored him and jumped right on the allegations of sexual harassment. Cain like that parent who has just chastised and gotten no results leered at the reporters and said,” What did I say,” he was clearly losing his cool as he pushed his way through saying, “Excuse me”.

Journalists, how dare you ask him a question unless he’s approved it first and while you’re at please do not pierce the bubble that he lives in.  I love it…it’s hilarious and just more proof that he is NOT ready for prime time.

The scandal broke last week Cain and his handlers still haven’t figured out how to handle the press. A bit of advice: you HAVE to deal with the PRESS because, first you’re a presidential candidate (which opens up your life to a high level of scrutiny) and second not answering questions about a scandal that involves YOU will not make it go away. Cain in his latest snafu with reporters, after a Saturday tea party debate with Newt Gingrich, told them again, “Don’t even go there,” and of course they did.  He refused to comment instead referring reporters to read all of the other accounts where everything had been answered; whatever that means. And while they were at it they could read their code of ethics that would be provided by email from Mark Block. Can you say douche bag? No, wait can you say stupid douche bag?

I’m a former journalist and am familiar with the code and one of its tenants is to vigorously question subjects of news stories and to ask the hard and often uncomfortable questions or as the code specifically says…Diligently seek out subjects of news stories to give them the opportunity to respond to allegations of wrongdoing. So you see Herman, the journalists are doing their job, now do yours and answer their questions.

Cain is also playing the Clarence Thomas victim card as is evident in an ad linking Thomas and Cain and the words  “high-tech lynching”. Brother(s)? can you please stop using the word lynching so carelessly and Cain you should tell your supporters the ad is just shameful and to pull it. Black folks ain’t trying to hear you talking ’bout lynching! And you wonder why you don’t have our support.

BREAKING NEWS! A fourth woman just came forward with her story and it’s downright creepy, details of hands up skirts and heads being pushed toward crotches. Add in the fact that she is a white woman and you can stick a fork in Herman because he’s done. Even the tea party has limits.
