Let’s look at the world, the economy and overall normalcy. First we are dealing with the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant. The plant is releasing 7 times the normal limit for radiation. It’s a virtual suicide mission for workers who actually go and do their jobs. What’s amazing is when this horrible storm first reared its ugly head and devastated Japan all the hearts and wet eyes went out to the people. With anything we have to wait to receive the true heart of individuals and governments. Look at how the people are being treated. The government is thinking twice about rebuilding. Do you remember their government was telling them to stay, everything was fine. Is that a great idea when aforementioned  radiation is 7 times its normal limit. To be around that much radiation is a suicide mission-WTF!

We have now entered a year since the Gulf Oil spill; the worst oil spill ever. Former CEO Tony Hayward exclaims he wants his life back. Never mind the individuals who died while working on the rigs, never mind  the industry that was lost and will never be the same. People still haven’t been paid as well or paid for their value of their business. Back to Tony Hayward  a man whose pride was hurt yet will continue to receive 1 million dollars for each year he’s alive. We’ve received the soft speak from the Environmental Protection Agency. That much damage can’t occur and nature correct itself so quickly; it takes time! While Hayward continues to live well the local industry suffers but oil companies are expecting to make a profit on the backs of the taxpayers. In the news oil companies are making record profits without the benefit of paying taxes. Now the news going around  is of Mr. Hayward selling most of his stock right before the rig blew up. How is it that the company that was used to clean up the spill was purchased by Haliburton? Talking about opportunists-WTF!

What can I say about Mississippi, except for it’s a beautiful state. It’s also the land where the blues began. A beautiful music from a beautiful people. Mississippi also boasts Governor Haley Barbour, boooooo………… And sadly Mississippi also boasts having some of the most ignorant folk. The “Repubs” in the state(after being polled) believe mixed marriages should be illegal. They (Mississippi) are usually the butt of many jokes, now we understand why-WTF!
