In every way America is hurting. Was Chris Christie correct when he said the President isn’t leading and deciding? Hindsight is 20/20, we can see ever more clearly. The conversation seems to border on who is “the adult in the room”.

During the time Obama put his name in the proverbial hat, I thought it was a huge mistake. Then I thought I was wrong, or was I? My personal belief is governors make better presidents. They have to lead and govern a state, some larger than others. They have to make the unpopular choices that may not be the best for their base. Look, leadership is about the populace, not an individual group.

Bush II may have been a horrible president but he did stick to his guns, even when he didn’t have support. President Obama needs to listen to the clear message and be a leader people can get behind. There is a time for bi-partisanship, then there’s a time to lead. Stop saying you are an underdog. You’re not, you are the President of the United States! It’s time you stand in front, take the baton, listen with both ears and lead.
