Just when you thought you would stop seeing “The Donald” because Celebrity Apprentice has left the airwaves, he ingratiated himself into the Romney campaign and at the same time went full-on “Birther” …AGAIN. He must have some new product to promote, otherwise you wouldn’t be hearing from him. Tuesday was a busy day for Trump who hit just about every news outlet to keep the Birther movement alive and well and to promote a Las Vegas fundraiser later that night where he hoped to raise millions for Romney.

It was nothing if not entertaining to listen to him bloviate and berate; at least twice during his phone interview with CNN’s Wolf Blitzer he talked about the small ratings of both the network and Wolf’s show. He wasn’t there, after all, to talk about Birtherism but to talk about jobs, China and OPEC. He did almost the exact same interview later on Greta Van Susteren’s show and even blamed her for bringing up the Birther issue. At the end of his segment on CNBC he promoted his mattress line by Serta. What a douchebag!

On each segment he decried all he really wanted to talk about was jobs and China and how this country sucks so badly since Obama has been president but added that many people have an issue with the authenticity of Obama’s birth certificate. He’s right a bunch of racists like him do have a problem with it but mostly they are just jealous of the man.

In case you missed it, Obama’s former literary agency misidentified his birthplace as Kenya while trying to promote the then-Harvard Law grad as an author in 1991 and that document was unearthed a couple of week ago. The editor of the text, Miriam Goderich, quickly said it was a fact checking error on her part, more like an assumption because she’d never spoken to the President personally but that was enough to get the leader of the zombie Birthers, Trump, going again.

This whole Birther thing says a lot about this country and lets me know it is still racist. Yes, we did elect the first black president EVER and people literally lost it. This president has been disrespected more than I care to remember but this whole Birther thing is beyond crazy. What more is the man supposed to do, he’s gotten the official birth certificate from Hawaii and recently the state verified it again at the request of the Arizona Secretary of State, Ken Bennett, who was in real bitch mode and threatening not to put his name on the Arizona ballot in November.

So Trump please stop saying you’re really not a Birther(because you are) all the while denouncing the man’s birth with statements like his mother wasn’t ever in the hospital and people did things like put birth announcements in the paper to get so-called government benefits. Trump is not all to blame in this Birther stuff, the media needs to stop giving this blowhard a platform in which to spew his foolishness. I think it’s high time the media turned it’s attention to Romney’s place of birth which might well be Mexico.
